civic hatch or crx?
i was on the bargain news web site (www.bargainnews.com) yesterday and found a really sweet, clean, ice blue crx and a equally clean eg hatch. which do you think would be better? i want to drop a b20/18 swap with a turbo kit. i plan on dragging and some autocross/track racing. any ideas on which would be better for both and turbo ideas? i also plan on usuing this as a weekend racer. any help is great.

CRX. For SCCA racing, CRXs do well because of the short wheelbase and the weight. For daily use, the hatch would be better because of the additional room, but you said this'll be a weekend racer.
As far as turbo ideas, build up the motor first. For serious hp, swap the engine for a B18C. If you still don't think it's fast enough, then go with a T3/T4 setup. Expect higher maintenance costs with any turbo. The fastest cars in SCCA around here are N/A CRXs with great suspension setups. A turbo CRX will be laggy, which in SCCA, costs you valuable seconds.
