What would be symptoms of a bad timing belt in a 1995 eagle talon tsi?
My car is acting very strange, i tried to escort 4 people in it today up a hill and it couldnt get faster than 30 mph up hill. alone in the car, the rpm's slip pretty badly, and it takes a while to get up to speed. A friend said this is either the timing belt or the turbo as far as he knew. Any input is very very appreciated.
timing belt would cause no-start, unless it jumped a tooth; which could cause weak motor.
Turbo will just not kick in.
