Is it bad that I accidentally put sta-bil in my 2 cycle oil reservoir.?
I was putting my waverunner up for the winter and put sta-bil in the oil instead of the gas. I havent started it since i did that. Just concerned and do i have to put the researvoir out, empty it, and refill before starting next year.
Sta-Bil is not a lubricant and will cause engine problems if left in the 2-cycle oil reservoir. You should get it out NOW and refill the reservoir with the proper 2-cycle oil. If you leave it till next year, you may forget and damage your engine.
