Nos Bottle
I like to drink nos but not for the energy should i still drink it?
I usually have one bottle a week sometimes two but thats the maximum i dont get hyper off of it either it doesnt wake me up or anything i just like the taste so should i still drink it or what BTW im 13 if that helps but like i siad i dont drink that much and i dont get hyper off of it so yeah
Energy drinks like sports drinks should not be consumed just to drink them. They should be used for energy or replenishment with sports drinks. At the amount you are drinking though it won't make a difference for normal people. At least you are not drinking like 2 or 3 a day just because you like it like some folks do. Kids 12 and under should not be having energy drinks and early teens are kind of in the grey area. There really should not been much of a need for young teens to need them but at least they can handle energy drinks much better than kids 12 and under.
